How do you steer the dog? |
Voice commands or if small children are in the cart, someone can lead the dog. Some people will attach leashes to the harness as reins. A head halter can also be used. |

How much weight can my dog pull? |
This depends on each dog and how physically healthy they are. Some dogs can pull 3 or 4 times their body weight. A 125lbs dog in a weight pulling competition pulled 3400lbs. More info here: http://www.9news.com |

How do I train my dog to cart? |
You can attach milk jugs, half full of water, to the traces of the harness and let the dog pull them around. Giving treats will encourage them to move forward. We do include basic cart training techniques with every cart ordered. |

Do your products come with a warranty? |
Yes! If your cart or harness breaks within 1 year of purchase, we will replace the defective part. |

What is your return policy?

If you aren't completely satisfied with your order, return or exchange it within 10 days of receiving the product. Please call us before returning a product. 10% restocking fee for all returns. |
